Last Friday it was our pleasure to deliver our 5th Altitude Awards to a parade of finalists that simply knocked our socks off this year.
We held it at the Liverpool Catholic Club again, and while I know a couple of people grumbled at the distance of the venue, as we grow our regions, it’s quite central for the awards. The LCC have been a joy to work with and have a fantastic venue for our type of event, and the longer I am in business, the more I appreciate other businesses who make it easy to do business with.
Our theme was gratitude and was embraced with gusto and the attention it deserved, Simply to share your gratitude, admiration and caring thoughts for others.
For those that didn’t take home an award, again I say to you that please don’t think for one second that you weren’t in the running, that would be false. This year was the hardest yet, and I encourage you to keep entering and share your finalist status as part of your evidence of your business and where you are headed.
I want to thank my little team, Erica & Christine again for the incredible support they provided, from glueing to packing and ribboning, emails and phone calls and sorting and the long days and nights leading up to Friday.
And of course, we want to thank all of you for entering. Both members and non-member’s and sharing your passion and intentions with the world.
